It was brought to our attention there is low water pressure in the community. You can call City of Austin Water Dept at: 512-494-9400 to let them explain and fix the pressure if they can.
The Fire Equipment Riser Rooms on the side of the buildings do not regulate your water pressure. Those rooms are only to regulate the sprinkler systems in your building. That equipment is monitored and regulated by the City of Austin Fire Dept. and the reason for the annual inspections and the locked doors. There are large fines if tampered with due to being life saving equipment. Please do not enter into those Riser Rooms.
