Water and tree trimming concerns for the community

Hello Residents,

We have had several requests for low water pressure in the community. City of Austin will be there early Monday morning to check for low water pressure in the community. If all looks well on their side of the water meter, they will let us know what the results are and we will then call a plumber to check the community side of the water meter. The plumber is aware of the concern and will be out as soon as city of Austin makes their inspection.

We had a plumber there this past week and found an irrigation leak which we have contacted the landscaper to repair, with urgency. Yesterday, I reminded Landscaper to make the repair and do a complete irrigation check.

The Tree trimming has been approved and the Landscaper will be there to trim trees as well. I do not have a date for the tree trimming but have expressed the need with urgency.
