Texas Water- New Water Billing Company
Dear Homeowner.
Dear Homeowner.
Texas Water has been hired by your Homeowners Association to serve as your new water billing company. We are a local, family-owned business that has provided utility billing services since 1983.
Your monthly statement will include water and sewer charges as measured by the sub-meter serving your unit. These charges are calculated using the current City and/or MUD District water rates.
Statement notifications will be sent to the email address provided by your HOA. If you would like to update the email on file, please contact Texas Water at billing@texaswater.net. Be sure to include your community’s name, property address, and unit number.
All water accounts must be in the name of the owner of record. As a courtesy, owners who lease their property may authorize Texas Water to add their tenant to the account by submitting a signed Tenant Authorization form. Accounts with a delinquent balance are not eligible for this courtesy.
Owners who lease their property may authorize Texas Water to add a tenant to the account by agreeing to a Tenant Authorization statement. The Tenant Authorization statement will be emailed directly to the owner for review and approval. Accounts with a delinquent balance are not eligible for this option.
Accounts more than 60 days past due will receive a 10-day termination notice by mail, email, and text message. If service is disconnected for non-payment, a $150 cash reconnect fee is required before service can be restored. Please remember that your sub-metered bill is a reimbursement for costs already paid on your behalf by your Homeowners Association.
After receiving your first statement notification, you may access your online account at www.texaswater.net. Through the online portal, you can view statements, make payments, schedule payments, enroll in AutoPay, and review your billing history. If you need assistance setting up your online account, please email us and request Online Portal Instructions.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments from a bank account are free of charge. All credit or debit card transactions, including AutoPay, incur a $2.00 convenience fee.
