Annual Fire Inspection Monday, May 4, 2026 at 8am

Good afternoon Canopy at Westgate Grove Residents,

The annual fire monitoring and suppression system inspection will take place at 8:00am, Monday, May 4, 2026, at 8am. Western States Fire Protection will need access to every unit for a visual inspection. The unit inspection will only last a few minutes.

Please secure your pets. Seeing a stranger in their home will scare them and seeing a loose pet will scare the Inspectors.

If you are unable to be home at this time, please contact Denise at PS Management to make arrangements on how we will enter your home. This could be leaving a key with your neighbor, sending us your keypad code or a lockbox code, etc. Failure to provide access to your unit could lead to a fine. City of Austin Fire Code mandates that each unit be inspected. I will need to know by Sunday afternoon. denise@psprop.net, We will not have computer access on Monday Morning.
